Apa perlu dikandar?

Setelah itu, si ayah berkata kepada anaknya : "INILAH KEHIDUPAN DI MUKA BUMI INI WAHAI ANAK KU, OLEH ITU BUATLAH APA YANG KAMU YAKIN BETUL, BUKAN APA YANG ORANG MAHU KAMU LAKUKAN". Nasihat ahli suffi itu kepada anaknya.

Jadi moral of the story hidup kita ni kalau dengar cakap orang memang kita akan pening ini tak betul itu tak betul jadi apanya yang betul. Kita kan dilahirkan untuk jadi pemimpin so bila buat keputusan biarlah berdasarkan keyakinan diri bukan kerana dgr cakap orang.

02/02/2011

Germany’s Timo Boll retains his no.1 spot on the Men’s World Ranking list published by the International Table Tennis Federation on Monday 1st February 2011, despite the fact that he was not present at either the Slovenian or English Opens.

Likewise for Japan’s Jun Mizutani, who did not appear on the ITTF Pro Tour in January 2011, there is no change; whilst for three other players in the top of the rankings who were not present in Velenje or Sheffield there are changes.

Vladimir Samsonov of Belarus climbs one place to no.5, China’s Ma Long falls two places to no.4 and Korea’s Joo Se Hyuk drops one place to no.10.

Movement
A change for Ma Long and changes for his colleagues who were present in Slovenia and England; Wang Hao climbs on place to no.2, Ma Lin moves from no.5 to no.3 with Zhang Jike, who suffered a shock defeat in the second round of the Men’s Singles event at the English Open losing to the Czech Republic’s Tomas Konency, falling two places to no.6.

Also on the move is Zhang Jike’s colleague, Xu Xin; the winner in Slovenia, he climbs from no.10 to no.8 with Wang Liqin dropping from no.8 to no.9, his lowest ranking this century!

Progress for Chen Qi
Team mate Chen Qi and Chinese Taipei’s Chuang Chih-Yuan complete the top 12, with Chen Qi, the winner of the Men’s Singles title at the English Open, advancing from no. 14 to no.11 and Chuang Chih-Yuan falling one place to no.12.

Then end result is that seven of the top 12 are from China; such is their excellence in the sport of table tennis.

Progress for Chen Qi is a direct result of his success at the English Open and those who were in form on the ITTF Pro Tour in January are rewarded.

Adrien Mattenet
Adrien Mattenet of France, who reached the third round in both Slovenia and England where he gained the distinction of losing to the tournament winner on both occasions, is rewarded for his consistency.

He advances to no.38 have previously stood at no.38.

Kim Min Seok
Equally, there is progress for Korea’s 19 year old Kim Min Seok, the winner of the Under 21 Men’s Singles title at the Slovenian Open; he moves from no.56 to no.43.

Four Notable Climbers
Similarly, there are higher rankings for Russia’s Igor Rubtsov, Evgueni Chtchetinine of Belarus, Emmanuel Lebesson of France and Turkey’s Li Ahmet.

The winner of the Czech Republic’s Dimitrij Prokopcov and Croatia’s Zoran Primorac at the English Open, Igor Rubtsov moves from no.75 to no.55 with Evgueni Chtchetinine, who recorded a notable win over Portugal’s Marcos Freitas at the Slovenian Open, climbing nine places to no.64.

Two Good Wins Each
Fine results and that is the reason why Emmanuel Lebesson and Li Ahmet now enjoy higher rankings.

Li Ahmet beat both Austria’s Robert Gardos and Daniel Eloi of France at the Slovenian Open whilst at the English Open, Emmanuel Lebesson accounted for Hong Kong’s Cheung Yuk and Russia’s Fedor Kuzmin.

Koreans Change Places
Meanwhile, in the age group rankings it is very much as you were.

China’s Xu Xin remains at no.1 on the ITTF Under 21 Men’s World Rankings followed as before by Japan’s Kenta Matsudaira but then there is a change; the Koreans Kim Min Seok and Jung Young Sik change places.

Kim Min Seok is now at no.3 with Jung Young Sik at no.4.

No Change
On small change whilst at the top of the Under 18 Boys’ and Under 15 Boys’ Rankings there is no change.

Japan’s Koki Niwa retains his top place in the Under 18 list followed by China’s Lin Gaoyuan and Song Hongyuan with the latter’s three colleagues – Zheng Peifeng, Kong Lingxuan and Zhu Linfeng – retaining their respective top three places on the Under 15 Boys’ list.

Xu Xin from no.10 to no.8 on the Men’s World Rankings and still aty no.1 on the Under 21 list.

01/30/2011 2011 English Open - ITTF Pro Tour

In November 2009 Chen Qi left the city of Sheffield, disappointed.

The memories of the English Open in the city renowned for steel and its football clubs named United and Wednesday were not the happiest.

Just under 14 months later, the reflections of having competed in a tournament steeped in history, were of a much different nature.

Seeded no.7, Chen Qi beat Chinese national team colleague, Ma Lin, the no.2 seed in five games to arrest the prestigious title.

Chen Qi won 11-5, 11-4, 11-13, 14-12, 11-4.

Same Again
Once again, as on Sunday 1st November 2009, it was runners up spot for Ma Lin; in 2009 he lost to Ma Long in the final, now in 2011 to Chen Qi.

It was déjà vu for Ma Lin but for Chen Qi, the pain of 2009 was eliminated with an injection of pleasure, as the talented left hander laid to rest the ghosts of the English Institute of Sport.

Third Round Exit
On Saturday 31st October 2009, Chen Qi was beaten in the third round of the Men’s Singles event by the in form Seiya Kishikawa of Japan; it was the upset of the round and the Japanese star was to gain great confidence from that victory.

He progressed to beat Germany’s Timo Boll in the quarter-finals before finding the wizardry of Ma Lin too much in the penultimate round.

Overdue
The victory for Chen Qi is somewhat overdue and he had brought himself back in contention for a place in the Chinese team at the 2012 Olympic Games.

In many ways he is like Xu Xin, outstanding at doubles and with a record that speaks for itself; especially with Ma Lin with who he won the Olympic title in 2004 and the world title in 2007; two years later he won again, this time with Wang Hao.

London Olympic Games
Clearly Wang Hao and Ma Lin are both successful with Chen Qi as their doubles partner; now more performances like the one seen in Sheffield could well tip the scales in Chen Qi’s favour for selection.

Ma Long, Wang Liqin, Zhang Jike and Xu Xin may have other ideas but the win for Chen Qi at the English Open could well be a turning point and in 2008 at the Beijing Olympic Games, he was reserve for the Chinese Men’s Team.

Barren Time
However, since losing in the final of the Liebherr Men’s World Cup to Vladimir Samsonov in October 2009, by his own high standards Chen Qi has not enjoyed the best of fortunes and has not been high on the selection list.

The best in 2010 was a semi-final exit at the German Open beaten by Ma Long after having defeated the host nation’s Timo Boll in the quarter-finals.

He was not included in the Chinese Men’s Team for the Liebherr World Team Championships in Moscow and his only other appearance on the ITTF Pro Tour was at the Harmony China Open, where he departed in round three beaten by Ma Lin.

Great Ability
There is no questioning the talent of Chen Qi, he can produce the ridiculous and in Sheffield, he displayed that talent to the full.

It was his first Men’s Singles title on the ITTF Pro Tour since 2007 when he won consecutive crowns in Russia and Austria and it was his fourth overall, his one other win being in Japan in 2004.

Second Win
Meanwhile, in confrontations between Chen Qi and Ma Lin, it was only his second victory in world ranking events over the reigning Olympic Men’s Singles champion in nine meetings.

The one previous win was in at the quarter-final stage of the Japan Open in 2004, a tournament Chen Qi went on to win.

Won Crucial Points
In Sheffield, the final itself was arguably closer than the score line reflects but Chen Qi seemed to have the upper hand at the critical points showing composure and resolve that he clearly lacked in previous encounters against Ma Lin.

In Sheffield in what was the 26 year olds 55th appearance on the ITTF Pro Tour he beat Ma Lin once again and once again won the tournament.

Ma Lin was once again the Men’s Singles runner up at the English Open

Hujan Lebat Hujan Rahmat ( Bersyukur Je Le)

Emmm, sehari dua ni buzy sikit ada urusan. Just to share with semua. Lately hujan sentiasa turun sehari dua ni. Semalam is really sejuk coz raining non stop dari malam sebelumnya.
So topic hari ni lari sikit dari topic ping pong. Saya just to let ramai tau sekarang ni banjir kilat boleh berlaku bila bila saja di mana mana

Saya stranded almost 1 hour di lebuhraya pasir gudang. Pehh mmg nightmare bila kita tersangkut tak bergerak2 dan kreta semua tak sabar sabar nak masuk . I suspect air naik.Hujan pulak bukan makin perlahan makin lebat pula.

So i decide buat u turn pusing lawan arus ( ramai kereta buat u turn)and cari laluan alternatif. laluan jalan lama, baru je nak jalan ,tgk rupanya air naik jugak. Pehh pusing sana sangkut sini sangkut. Emmm memang betul dugaan.

So berhenti dan pergi makan & minum kejap, tunggu hujan redha .

Kalau panas kita merungut kalau hujan pun kita merungut. Jadi jalan terbaik redha je le. Bersyukur je le. Kalau hujan x turun empangan air kita akan menyurut. So alhamddulillah hujan turun.

So sayonara, adios dan nyeh nyeh nyeh.........

Kenapa kita paling benci gagal

Gagal, kegagalan ni satu perkara yg paling kita takut dlm hidup kita. Gagal dlm peperiksaan, dlm pertandingan , dlm business dan rumahtangga. Cuba tanya diri sendiri kenapa kita gagal.

why we fail, sometime kita tak sedar bila orang dah start nak percaya kita dah susah nak menepati janji. Bila kita buat kerja, some people buat lebih kurang je.

There are some people kata dia born to be a loser. Isyyyy mmg pendek akal betul. Mana ada orang yg lahir utk jadi seorang yg gagal.

Saya rasa ramai dari anda sering dicemuh kerana selalu gagal, sebenarnya anda boleh berjaya. Saya pun dulu berputus asa juga bila sering menemui kegagalan. Tapi bak kata kawan saya langit akan cerah juga akhirnya kalau kita usaha dgn fokus. Saya rasa dah berulang saya cakap ttg usaha.

Rileks le dah sendiri gagal buat apa salahkan orang lain. Selalu jadi benda ni

Saya dulu pernah merasa kegagalan yg sangat pahit sangat smpi sekarang terasa, rupanya kegagalan tu le yg telah mengubah hidup saya.
Totally my life change forever.

Di coretan akn dtg i will share to all how kita nak mengelak dari rasa frust akibat kegagalan.

01/22/2011 2011 Slovenian Open - ITTF Pro Tour (sumber dari ittf.com)

2011 Slovenian Open - ITTF Pro Tour

China’s new generation of stars stamped their authority on proceedings at the Slovenian Open in Velenje on Saturday 22nd January 2011; 19 year old Wu Yang won the Women’s Singles title and was immediately followed by 21 year old Xu Xin, who captured the Men’s Singles crown.

Furthermore, to capture gold, Xu Xin had to beat arguably the most experienced member of the China National Men’s Team and the man in whom Liu Guoliang, the Head Coach, has clearly great faith.

Xu Xin defeated Ma Lin at the final hurdle.
Vital Position
Ma Lin is the player whom Liu Guoliang selected to play the crucial second and fourth matches against Germany in the final of the Men’s event at the Liebherr World Team Championships in Moscow in 2010.

The selection of Ma Lin in those vital positions reflected the stature of the reigning Olympic champion.

Six Games Result
However, in Velenje it was Xu Xin who prevailed; he recorded a six games victory emerging successful by the margin of 14-16, 11-9, 11-9, 6-11, 11-9, 12-10.

Familiar
"We always practise together so we know each other's game really well”, said Xu Xin. “My strategy today was straightforward; I took some risks and I won the important points.”

It was close with only one game not being decided by the minimum two point margin; however Xu Xin, who like Chen Qi shows his emotions, emerged a worthy winner as a result of his positive approach.

Helps Fighting Spirit
"I don’t think I’m that different because I show my feelings; the only thing that perhaps make me special is that I’m a left handed penholder”, added Xu Xin; the element that makes him special is the incredible speed of his sideways movement.

“Showing my emotions keeps me alert at all times”, concluded Xu Xin. “It maintains my fighting spirit; that can be a key in my matches."

New Bat Rubber
A delighted Xu Xin but Ma Lin was somewhat disheartened.

"I am a bit disappointed, I had some troubles with my forehand; I have a new rubber on my racket and I’m not totally used to it”, he said. “I still need more time to adapt.”

Possibly but he did beat Wang Hao, the reigning World champion in the semi-finals and of course he has a wealth of experience.

Tactically Astute Young Players
"Wang Liqin and myself, for example, have been around for quite a while now; we've been key players for a decade but there are young players bursting onto the scene”, continued Ma Lin. “We don't have tactical or technical advantages over them any more, I believe that the Chinese training system gives every player a chance of staying in top shape; so I think I can still win major tournaments."

London Olympic Games
Win tournaments, so what about defending his title at the 2012 London Olympic Games?

"London is a long way away at the moment, the first goal is this year's World Championships but naturally the Olympic Games are something every sportsman wants to be a part of”, continued Ma Lin. “I think the Chinese players in the national team all have an equal chance of playing in London.”

Same Again
It was for Xu Xin the second ITTF Pro Tour Men’s Singles title of his career, the first being last year in February when he succeeded at the Salwa Cup Kuwait Open and in Venje history somewhat repeated itself.

At the Salwa Cup Kuwait Open he beat Ma Lin in the final!

Harmony for Ma Lin
Meet Ma Lin in the final and it is gold; that would seem to be the successful formula for Xu Xin; whilst for Ma Lin, he would also seem to have a successful formula when confronting Xu Xin.

The other two meetings have both been at the Harmony China Open and on both occasions Ma Lin has won.

He succeeded June 2009 in the third round and one year later in August in the semi-finals.

Same Age as Lee Sang Su
However, many will tell you that the most recent result is the most important and in January 2010 the verdict went to Xu Xin, who maintained the tradition of exciting young players succeeding in Slovenia.

One year ago Korea’s Lee Sang Su was crowned Men’s Singles champion at the Slovenian Open, like Xu Xin, he celebrates his 21 birthday in 2011; a coming of age, an arrival at top level.01/22/2011

Yahoo , musim durian dah start balik (penat main ping pong dapat makan durian, pehhh)

Topik kali ni memang pelik sikit. Durian raja segala buah, buah yg menyebabkan semua orang mmg tunggu bila musimnya. Just to share what happen to me last tuesday.

Main ping pong hari tu memang letih betul. Main tah berapa set pun lupa , kena pulak lawan dgn player bagus, pehhh mmg bertarung betul2. Sedar 2 lepas main rasa skit belakang le pulak. Maklumle dah start meningkat umur ni. Kena pulak bila kita berjumpa lawan yg kita payah nak menang, bukan payah je, hampir tak menang. Camana pun jaga le badan supaya tak injured. Nak hidup lama le katakan dengan izin yg maha esa.

Actually why i mention buah durian ni sebenarnya ianya  salah salah satu cara menangani stress yg baik. Lepas makan durian badan u akan rasa panas, bila panas, u will drink a lot of water sehingga bergelen2. Lepas makan tu dah penuh badan dgn air apa lagi tidur le , selesai masalah. Ha ha ha thats why i akan makan durian bila stress.

Langkah lain ialah makan coklat, it is the best indulgence to avoid stress. Trust me its good tak kisah le utk man or woman. I just want to share apa yg i tau. Selain tu ais krim pun elok for indulgence.

To ping pong player, my advice we need to warm up properly before match begin, masa main mmg tak rasa , tapi lepas main mmg akan terasa sengal2 and mcm2 le. Bagi yg main sukan lain pun sama juga. kena warm up properly.

So good luck, majulah ping pong utk negara dan kehidupan

Kekuatan Mental Seperti Metal

Kekuatan Mental Seperti Metal. Actually there are a lot of circumstances yangselalu berlaku. Especially bila u involve dgn  apa apa sukan.

He he he he he . LOL.
Sebenarnya kekuatan mental ni diperlukan bila it comes to crucial moment. There is a proverb say that It Is So Close But It Is So Far. Maksudnya dah nak berjaya dah tapi masih jauh lagi. Sebab tu bila kita leading game jgn khayal because your opponent tgh kumpul kekuatan utk bangkit semula.

1) Jgn layan, buat bodo je, malah u psiko dia balik dgn senyuman je
6) Tgk mata opponent tu dalam2 kerana renungan boleh buat orang rasa gelisah, He he renung je ok

Kenape sesetengah orang senang je jalan dia yg kita ni susah je

Selalu sangat saya dgr orang cakap pasal topic ni.

Tapi saya terpanggil nak mention about this topic.

Actually for makluman semua, some people may born lucky. But sometimes lucky is not with u if u take for granted in anything u do. Kepada mereka yg sukar perjalanan hidupnya , trust me they are something big will happen to us yang akan mengubah nasib kita. Cuma kesabaran je ubat utk kejayaan, Tapi jgn le berpeluk tubuh je, bak kata pepatah usaha itu tangga kejayaan, pada saya pulak usaha itu lif kejayaan.  He he he

Memang le sape nak lalu jln berliku memang takde sape nak pun. Tapi kena le lalui juga for the sake of our future. Jgn le dah sampai setahun dua tahun tak berjaya diamkan diri,  pergile mintak pendapat pakar .

Yang bekerja kena sabar kalau nak naik pangkat, u kena go with the flow, i mean u must adapt with current changes in your organization. Manakala student u must understand assigment byk memang sakit kepala tapi lagi sakit kepala kalau fail paper tu. he he he mana u nak, siapkan assigment ke nak fail. The answer only u can decide.

So memang le ada orang yg celik celik je dah jadi anak orang senang, tapi tak semua orang bernasib baik begitu, ada orang asal orang susah tapi lepas tu takdir mengubah dia jadi orang senang. So pendek kata jgn menangisi nasib kita tapi usahalah dgn gigih.

Baca le buku ttg orang berjaya , mcm2 diorang lalui ada yg kena sisih masyarakat sebab miskin, lembap dlm pelajaran dan sebagainya.

So good luck to all , try your best and go for your goal. Your fortune may change forever.

Tension, boring, tekanan, menyampah, geram dan sewaktu dengannya

Jadi topic ni iaitu tension, boring, tekanan, menyampah, geram dan sewaktu dengannya saya kupas melalui kacamata saya pasal saya pakai kacamata . He he  he

Saya ingin berkongsi dgn pembaca semua sbnrnya masalah ni kalau kita fikir takkan habis, trust me. Life is full of unforeseen circumstances , so kena le ready apa je berlaku dlm life kita.

Kita kdg2 tak terlepas dari buat kesilapan saya pun tak terlepas dari kesilapan jadi sama sama le kita bangkit dari kesilapan yg kita buat. Tekanan hidup ni mmg susah nak di kawal terutama berkaitan dgn faktor seperti kewangan dan keluarga. Saya tak mau nasihat lebih2 because everybody have their own way to solve their problem.

Just to share to all, i have my own way to release tense,  bila byk tekanan i will play ping pong. For me  release bila dgr bunyi ping, pong, kelatak, keletuk bila bola ping pong melantun kat meja. Lepas tu bila dpt buat smash pehhhhhh memang lega . Ha ha haha kalau tak caya try ketuk bola ping pong dgn bat, lepas tu u imagine apa yg u marah lepas tu lepaskan geram tu kat bola , tapi awas jgn pulak terlepas bat tu naya je kat opponent. Satu lagi i suka dgr lagu Insyallah by Maher Zain, emmm rasa rileks dan syahdu dgr lagu ni. So next issue i akan explain further ttg cara2 nak release tekanan.

Ok, sayonara , adios dan of course my trade mark nyeh nyeh nyeh................

I think that a lot of people ada pengalaman ttg masalah ni.

Sememangnya masalah 50/50 ni selalu menganggu bila kita berazam nak mencapai sesuatu. Untuk orang yang selalu give up i have a small piece of advice , setiap usaha mestilah diringi doa dan tawakal. Dengar kata hati fikir dgn tenang buat keputusan dan bertindak .

Just utk berkongsi pengalaman i have a few quote to share kepada semua. Genious people they have limit in terms of showing their genius, but stupidity they are no limit. Jadi bila buat sesuatu kena yakin dan mesti stand firm dgn decision tu.

So sebagai contoh for beginner  in ping pong pergi le cari coach yg bagus dan train le sendiri hours by hours. hopefully u can become a competent player. Dulu saya tidak dpt latihan formal dari mana2 coach cuma main dgn anip jiran saya. Bila sambung pengajian di U saya still main ping pong tapi tak dpt menempatkan diri di kalangan player elit . I tak putus asa sehinggalah satu keajaiban berlaku iaitu ledakan internet . Satu laman yang sgt unik ketika itu muncul iaitu You Tube, melalui laman ini le saya byk belajar teknik asas dlm ping pong. Melalui laman ini le saya berjaya learn a few advance technique, especially serves technique. Sampai sekarang i manage to master a few world class serves that i hybrid with my own style to create a new style of serves. Apa yg saya cerita ni maksudnya hendak seribu daya tak hendak seribu dalih. So i hope ramai dpt tangkap maksud saya ni.  I only ordinary people with extraordinary advice.

Ok see u again, nyeh nyeh nyeh ............... sayonara

Emmm dulu pun saya cakap macam tu. Actually life is difficult , and sometimes its cruel toward us. Dulu mmg saya selalu cakap life ni tak banyak pilihan. Hingga le one day tu my ex boss masa kerja kat suk selangor bagitau , actually sebenarnya bukan tak banyak pilihan dlm hidup tapi adakah hidup ini satu pilihan.

He he he ada sikit unsur nasihat imam muda walaupun saya tak semuda mana.

Tapi kalau terlalu merendah diri pembaca blog takde le rasa adrenalin nak baca blog. Jadi bersederhanalah dalam menulis apa apa pun. Nobody perfect even they are a prefect.

Jadi perlahan lahan saya akan explain how my life evolve from a normal guy to ambitious guy. Saya memang bercita cita tinggi, ada orang kata tak bagus pasal nanti tak berjaya jadi frust. Saya berlainan pula, kita kena le pasang matlamat tinggi kalau tak berjaya sekurang kurangnya kita usaha.

Mengapa saya pilih ping pong

He he bukan nak riak tapi memang boleh main dalam sesetengah sukan tu.

Minat bermain ping pong banyak dipengaruhi jiran saya iaitu haniff. Tiap tiap petang kami bermain di meja makan rumah mak nah iaitu mak si haniff.Kiranye meja makan tu dah jadik meja ping pong kami lah. Kira haniff ni memang player yg bagus masa tu. so saya ikut je le dia main.
